“EDGE” (Educate to Drive and Grow the Economy) Business Seminar Series

Six lunchtime seminars provide business tips to help local businesses prosper
We are offering the EDGE (Educate to Drive and Grow the Economy) Business Seminar Series from September 13 through October 18, 2012. Sessions will occur at the Marina Center Community Hall on consecutive Thursdays. On-site registration and check-in begins at 11:00 a.m. Sessions will run from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Once the sessions conclude, lunch and networking will continue until 1:00 p.m. Interested participants can pre-register by contacting the Seal Beach Chamber at 562-799-0179 or via email at Director@sealbeachchamber.org. Space is limited. Sessions are $15 per session for non-members and are free for Seal Beach Chamber members.
Lunches are available for pre-order for $8-$10 per meal provided by local Seal Beach restaurants including The Abbey, Dogz Bar and Grill and Crèma Café.
Presenters include local business experts from Long Beach, Seal Beach and Los Alamitos. Erik Dreyer-Goldman, owner of Ask Erik Computer Services in Seal Beach and John Zahn, co-founder of Omnibeat in Los Alamitos are co-chairing the event.

The Seal Beach Chamber is offering its members the chance to showcase their business for $65, which will provide a shared 8 x 10 draped table for literature display. The event is free for attendees and open to the public starting at 3:30 p.m. at the Marina Center. The Expo will begin at 3:30 p.m. with a mixer from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Space is limited and vendors are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
